Meet Marta: master of wellness, personal trainer and movement therapist, who focuses on a holistic approach in her work. By analyzing posture, movements and identifying muscular tensions, she creates a program to optimize the functioning of the entire body of her clients.
Her trainings and consultations are aimed both at people who want to relieve pain and increase their physical capabilities. Marta's expertise is confirmed by a long list of completed courses.
Bartosz has been a master's degree in physiotherapy since 2018. He expanded his knowledge during numerous courses and workshops: manual therapy and needle therapy, taping, deep tissue massage and scar work.
He is trusted by, among others, the women's basketball team of the Polish Deaf Sports Association, with whom he won a bronze medal at the Deaflympics (Brazil 2022), as well as the deaf basketball club ŚWIT Wrocław.
Wiktor is a fourth-year student of Physiotherapy, as well as a graduate of “Deep Tissue Massage“, “Antiedema Therapy” and “Scar Therapy“ training courses. He gained experience working in rehabilitation centers in Wroclaw and in his hometown of Szczecin. His strongest point is working with orthopedic patients. Privately, he is passionate about climbing and active lifestyle.

Patryk is the owner of Pro Athlete Care, a graduate of the Witelon Collegium in Legnica and numerous courses.
In his work, he places great emphasis on the selection of exercises supported by manual therapy, as well as injury prevention. Through the use of measuring equipment, he is able to accurately track the progress of therapy. His ten years of experience in training basketball and his ongoing adventure in climbing will make it easier for him to understand any athlete.

Krzysztof is an ambitious fourth-year student of Physiotherapy at the Wrocław University of Health and Sport Sciences, and privately a climber with many years of experience. His knowledge and skills gained from courses “Deep Tissue Massage” and “Muscle and Fascial Relaxation“ will surely bring relief to your body. He also offers Kinesiology Taping.
