It is a popular form of activity around the world. It is climbing on specially prepared short routes (so-called “boulders”) of different levels of difficulty. To practice this sport we do not need any specialized equipment, and we do not need to protect another person with a rope.
In bouldering, we climb to lower heights (up to 4.5 meters), with protection given by a thick mattress placed under the wall, made by the renowned Polskok company. While customer safety is our top priority, it is important to remember that climbing is a sport that can involve injury.
How to prepare for your first visit to a climbing wall? First of all, bring with you a good mood and a willingness to try something new! We invite all people over 18 years of age, and younger ones under the supervision / with the consent of parents or legal caregivers.

You will need clothes that do not restrict movement and sports shoes. At the beginning of your adventure on the wall, sneakers will be enough, although we recommend renting climbing shoes. See the Prices for more information.

In the changing rooms (women's and men's) you will find toilets, showers and lockers. You can visit the main part of our wall, gym, café and the garden during a virtual tour.
After a warm-up (it's worth spending at least 10 minutes on it), get familiar with the boulders. There are nearly a hundred of them on Flow, all marked according to a nine-level scale of difficulty.
At first, focus on ones (purple badges at the starting holds), twos (yellow badges) and threes (orange badges).
Have fun! Remember, if you have any questions, our Staff will be happy to help you.
