Our supplementary training sessions focus on the often-neglected aspects of climbing. We dive deep into topics such as body fluidity, mobility work, coordination, and balance, while improving stability and movement precision. The classes also include weight training and strength development.

Every exercise is designed to have a direct impact on your climbing quality and technique. The sessions are led by Bazyli Stoykov.

Strength and conditioning

Athletic performance training is a process designed to boost your results: increasing strength, power, and endurance, while strengthening your fingers and improving coordination. Our goal is to get you climbing pain-free with minimal risk of injury.

The sessions are led by Jacek Wujda: a personal and performance coach, climber, and movement enthusiast. Jacek is a graduate of the University of Health and Sport Sciences in Wrocław.
