Our café menu features a rotating selection of homemade cakes, all baked right here on-site. While cheesecake is our ultimate specialty, we frequently serve various cupcakes and fresh banana bread.

Excellent coffee is an essential part of the climbing experience—we know that from firsthand experience! We serve premium specialty coffee sourced from the local Wrocław roastery Mała Czarna, with whom we collaborate closely.

Flow Długosza, as one of the few climbing gyms in Poland, feature a fully stocked bar. Our craft beer selection is proudly supplied by Wrocław’s own Browar Stu Mostów.
